Upfront setup cost is an additional one-off charge to set up your solution, projects and users and provide user training and survey capture assistance.

CTO form configuration is a flat fee to set-up and integrate Survey CTO forms only.

Distributors collecting data using 3rd Party tools are not classified as platform users.

Application support as part of the platform fee is defined as work needed to keep the solution working and providing the services as outlined. Additional business level support and assistance will be dealt with at the ad-hoc hourly rate.
