How PowerSolve Processes Data

During distribution field agents use third party survey tools to digitally capture beneficiary and device data. This data is automatically uploaded as soon as there is internet connection.

PowerSolve retrieves and processes the survey data and stores the distribution information and images collected on secure Microsoft cloud infrastructure.

PowerSolve provides a features-rich user interface (UI) to easily monitor, manage and report on project progress. Bespoke tools enable users to prepare project data for verification and model carbon credit outcomes.

Duplicate barcodes captured in the field pose a problem, as duplicate devices cannot generate carbon credits.
PowerSolve offers a duplicate management interface with access to photos of barcodes and beneficiaries, captured during distribution.
If a device barcode or beneficiary ID number is identified as a duplicate due to manufacturing error shown in the photos, it can be amended.
Changes can be administered by authorised users only. All changes made are automatically logged and recorded by PowerSolve.

Users can view the device timelines which shows device updates from the field and data amendments made.
