Upfront setup cost is a one-off charge to set up your solution, projects and users and provide user training and survey capture assistance

Development cost per hour is for ad-hoc development work. All work packages are analysed and quoted before work commences

CTO form configuration is a flat fee to set-up and integrate Survey CTO forms only

Farmers collecting data using 3rd Party tools are not classified as platform users

Application support is defined as work needed to keep the solution working and providing the services as outlined. Business level support and assistance will be dealt with at the ad-hoc hourly rate
